Gundala is a mandal of the Bhadradri Kothagudem district of the state of Telangana, India. It is located in and is close to the city of Kothagudem. The headquarters of the subdivision is in the village of Gundala. The subdivision has 17 villages under its administration. Markode, Muthapuram and Lingagudem are the other populated areas of the Mandal.
The villages of Kistapuram and Padugonigudem in Gundala Taluk of the district were rich in megalithic remains recently explored and discovered.
