At Zognu Exchange, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use your Zognu Exchange account, you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion:

Submit your account delete request through mail and provide you detail on support@zognu.com

What Happens After You Request Deletion?

Once your deletion request is submitted:

• Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
• You will no longer be able to access account features after deletion is completed.
• Personal information that is not required to be retained will be deleted or anonymized.
• Certain information may be retained where required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or other legitimate legal obligations.
• Any pending transactions or obligations may need to be resolved before the account can be fully closed.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you have completed any necessary withdrawals, transactions, or other account activities before requesting deletion.
